Matthew Carroll

Matthew first began his career in real estate in 2011 as a Sales Agent working in the Hawkesbury region where he grew up and went to school. Matthew soon found his passion in Property Management and immediately knew the real estate industry was his future. Matthew quickly proved his worth, achieving fantastic results for his investors and keeping tenants happy by finding them a great place to live. Having been recognised in his previous roles as an award winning Business Development Manager and part time speaker when called upon at conferences for the LPMA group.
Matthew took over as Director of Norwest Select Property Group in 2017 and has continued his success in growing the business into a successful and well respected company in only a short time.

In his time with Norwest Select, Matthew has further developed a strong knowledge of relevant legislation, dispute resolution, the importance of communication and relationship building. For the past 12 months he has been Norwest Select’s Business Development Manager and is enjoying working with builders, developers and other referral partners to ensure a smooth and pain-free transition from build to tenancy.
In his downtime, Matthew enjoys keeping active, spending quality time with friends and family and is a diehard Rugby League fan.
